Need n new SIM card phone keeps dropping out so can't ring do they have a chat service

Welcome to the community,

If you are a contract customer, then there is live chat via the app by going to help and scrolling down to talk to us, then you will see the message us. No such thing for pay as you go.

You would have to otherwise  click on manage at the bottom and then scroll down to settings and scroll down to sim/esim click on it and order a replacement SIM card or go to a high street store with photo ID and get a replacement from there.

To contact EE customer service dial 150 from your mobile phone or ring customer service for free using web based app or another phone: +44 800 079 8586 or +44 800 956 6000.

There is some great advice from @Schockwave on how you can request another SIM.

What is happening on your phone? It is possible that it is not the SIM that is causing any problems so we can offer some advice for you if we know more information.
