I ordered my SIM card weeks ago but it hasn’t arrived, I think I’ve been charged too for a month I have not used. I don’t know how to access this on my account. Can you resend a sim card please?

@Mary_stockley you will need to call customer services to request a replacement SIM cards. You also need to inform them you didn’t receive the first sim.
