My pay as you go sim is disconnected due to no use for more than a year. Is there any chance to reactivate to bring the number back for top up? Any guru please.

@Victor694 : Not a chance! You had that chance between 6 & 9 months of non-use to get it reactivated. Buy a new PAYG SIM.

Hi @Victor694

Welcome to the community.

As @XRaySpeX has mentioned above, unfortunately you would not be able to reactivate a PAYG Sim card if it has not been used for more than a year.

EE PAYG Sim cards are deactivated after 6 month of non-chargeable usage. You then have a further 3 month to call EE to reactivate it before it is completely lost.

Thanks
