My new SIM card

Hi there,

Hope this message finds you well.
I signed a contract with EE to start on the 10/04. Unfortunately , I am away ( in Africa) until the 21/04.

the second problem is that my iPhone 17 pro max does not take SIM cards so the card that I have received from would not work . I have also noticed that my Three account that I am closing to switch to Thee is still working whilst I was hoping that EE would do the migration from Three. I am running the risk of having 2 bills. I just want to know if I could be sent an eSIM so I could install it . Could you confirm that EE would do the migration for me to keep the same number ending with 114?

and finally could my new account be caped at £0

and most of all , could I activate my SIM card being abroad without incurring some extra charges .

please advise

JM

Hi @Majusdrigue

Welcome to the EE Community and thank you for choosing EE as your network provider.

It's great news that you're moving over to us from Three.

We have a handy web page which explains the number transfer process, just head to our Transfer your number to EE page.

If you'd like to request a new eSIM, just head to our Downloading and using an EE eSim page.

You'd need to activate your SIM while in the UK.

We have a handy page on spend caps which explains all of the way that you can change your spend cap.

@Majusdrigue  You need to be in the UK to activate the sim/eSim.  Roaming can only be activated one the sim/eSim is activated.  Catch 22

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

@Majusdrigue , if you intend to use your phone abroad, please make sure that you have roaming activated on your account if on contract, no need to do this if on pay as you go, as it is automatically enabled, and to use your phone when abroad, you need credit to do so.

To contact EE customer service dial 150 from your mobile phone or ring customer service for free using web based app or another phone: +44 800 079 8586 or +44 800 956 6000.
