You need to call CS to report the loss & they will block it & send you a replacement SIM with the same no.

Sorry we can't access your account via the community forum.

It's important that you call +44 7953 966 250 from any working phone to report the loss and avoid any unauthorised usage.

A replacement SIM can only be sent to your UK address.
