To report the SIM as lost, you would need to call us on 07953 966 150, and select the option for lost and stolen.
Our Mobile Care team will block the SIM card for you and send you a replacement SIM card with the same number.

If yes, please report this to our customer care team 07953 966 250.
Our teams will be able to also order you a replacement SIM so you can continue to use your services.
