I have lost my phone abroad. I am out of the uk for another month. I have tried to call 44795366150 and 44795366260. These are the only numbers I can find to make the report and neither work. Any advice? Also need to set up a new eSIM while away if possible?

If you look at my signature, you will find ways to contact customer service, but may also be able to do this by logging into your account via the website or if the EE app is on another device, you should be able to do so, hope this helps.
Replacement SIM cards can only be sent to your UK address.

You've got the wrong numbers so could be misdialling. The numbers are +447953 966150 or +44 7953 966250
Or +44800 0798586 using a web-calling app such as Skype.

@Carlos105 It’s not possible to setup the eSim while outside the UK the eSim doesn’t receive the information to activate as it’s a roaming network.
