I would like to order a new SIM card for the number: ********

as I have lost it while traveling abroad. So could you please send a new one.. Regards

Hi there, 

you can request a sim replacement using the My EE app or by calling EE on +447953966250

calling EE from abroad in the EU is free, calling outside the EU will be chargeable at the standard rate of that location

your sim replacement will be sent to your billing address and you may be charged postage and shipping 

hope this helps
