Hi,

I lost the packaging my phone came in so I decided to make an account so I can find my PUK code. However, my phone isn't opening until it receives the PUK code so I can't get the verification code that was sent to my phone. Please help me by coming up with a different situation. Thank you.

If you are unable to set up the EE account to view the PUK code, you would need to call us from any other phone and the team can provide the PUK code.
