Lost activation SIM card

Hello

i have stupidly lost the activation SIM card which was neW to EE. 
i went to a shop but I was not registered so they couldn’t help me (I was with BT)
but now Bt stopped so my voice Mail is EE. Does I mean I could have a chance to get a News Sim card in an EE shop now?

If you give us a call on 0800 079 8586 the team will check the account for you and send you a replacement SIM card to your account address.
