Lost SIM card

Hi, I lost my phone the other week and It was just in the process of being set up I only know the last 4 digits of the phone number is there any chance of me being able to get my SIM card back? i struggle with talking to people so I have not called the support team, is there any way round this and be able to message? If not calling will be fine

You need to call CS to report the loss & they will block it & send you a replacement SIM with the same no.
