I'm trying to chat to someone about upgrade options but the live chat option isn't coming up, even though it says it's open until 10pm. I recently requested a PAC code as I was playing around with options with other providers, and now I can't even begin the upgrade process on My EE. Not sure what's happening, but would like it resolved ASAP please.

The PAC will run out in 30days when you will be able to upgrade if you have not used it.
Otherwise you will need to contact CS to try and get them to cancel it if you want to upgrade sooner.

@braddaz : By requesting a PAC you've signalled your intention of leaving EE. Therefore you now cannot upgrade until the PAC expires. You could wait until then or persuade CS to cancel it.
