Leaving/pac code

My contract is due to end on 24/11. I'm looking to leave for another provider. If I request a pac code and port over to another network before the 24th will I be charged an early termination fee? Obviously if I run over the 24th it means I have another bill from EE.

Hi @Shannon1094.

If you text INFO to 65075, you'll be told if you have any fees.

You can then text PAC to 65075 to get your PAC.

Thank you @XRaySpeX, my mistake.

Yes thanks that worked.

Think I will just change provider closer to the time. My problem is after 24/11 I lose my 20% perk so means I'm paying a % of a much higher contract cost so I'd like to be changed close to or around the time this is due to finish.

Hi @Shannon1094

Once you are ready for the account to be cancelled, you can send the text at that time and the reply will let you know the charge to cancel.
