Keep old number

Hi, start using ee win card but I did ask to keep my old number from previous company. I have email confirmed about my request but still number haven’t been changed. No idea what is going on and what do do next. Already 2 days gone and number has not been changed to my old one. Please advise what should I do?

What day did you submit your PAC to EE? Number ports don't happen over the weekend, so if you did this on Friday it would be deemed to be today, and should actioned during the day Tuesday.
