Hello all

I put it in a safe place but I am not sure how it was missed!

I can’t call EE from my phone. I couldn’t find chat online. I also don’t want them to send a new one. I just wanted the same one otherwise my EE Monthly plan will be in a mess

any help or advice.

best regards

@Sunmkb : You need to call CS to report the loss & they will block it & send you a replacement SIM but only to your addy in UK.

Try calling CS on the Freephone no. in my sig. on Skype over WiFi. It should be free.

If you think I helped please feel free to hit the "Thumbs Up" button below.

To phone EE CS: Dial Freephone +44 800 079 8586 - Option 1 for Mobile Phone & Mobile Broadband or Option 2 for Home Broadband & Home Phone
