I recently transferred to EE. I provided my PAC code. I have now received a message saying that I only have my telephone number for a further four days. Why is this and how do I retain my number?

Hello @angio ,

Welcome to the community,

This is not customer service, but a public forum , but will try to help.

Who sent you that message? Was it from your previous provider or EE? If from your previous provider, then that means that in four days, your number transfer should be complete and you will not lose your number.

Do you still have your SIM card in the phone from your previous provider? If so, once that is switched off, then put EE’s SIM card in and it should then work and the transfer should be complete. Hope this helps.
