@billshoreham  Your number has to port over to the new SIM card you received if your new to EE.  You can not have 2 sims with the same number so if your number got posted over before you got this new EE sim you wouldn’t of had a working device as you’ll no signal until you got this new EE sim.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

EE SIMs come with all 3 sizes as push-outs. Look more closely at it & the instructions that came with it.

What was the reason you ordered an EE SIM & how did you order it?

I bought it on the website I wanted to lower my bill so,as I rarely use a gig. 5 would be fine and save me £13 a month. I couldn't find a pac code, you hold the number and the pac
Code was unobtainable. I have read the instructions and cannot find a way of fitting the card into a nano space. Please help

  1. EE won't port nos between its contracts. So you need to 1st port your existing no to another network's PAYG using a PAC from EE & then in reverse port it back to your new contract. This will also have the effect of cancelling your old contract.

You could alternatively move your old contract to PAYG with 30 days notice & then ask EE to transfer the no to your new contract.
  2. Can't the SIM look like: SIM-Card-Size.jpg
