Hi I need help on how to bring my existing number from giffgaff to EE I’ve already signed up and registered with EE

@Mrkj  If you have the app, you need to go to settings and click on transfer number to EE. If you have the new EE App, click on at the top right, then you will see settings and once there  you will see transfer number to EE, you should also be able to do this by logging into your account online. If you have the older style My EE App, then click on the three lines at the top and go to settings.

To contact EE customer service dial 150 from your mobile phone or ring customer service for free using Skype or another phone: +44 800 079 8586 or +44 800 956 6000.

Welcome to the community,

You will have to get a PAC code from giffgaff and then give it to EE so that your number can be transferred and you can keep your number.

To contact EE customer service dial 150 from your mobile phone or ring customer service for free using Skype or another phone: +44 800 079 8586 or +44 800 956 6000.

I have my pac Code from giffgaff but I don’t know where to go on EE to get it sorted
