Hi

Actually my daughter lost her phone so when arriving new replacement new sim & new mobile but the sim not activate please help me to activate the sim . Thanks

If you call freephone 0800 956 3146 a tech advisor will be able to activate the replacement sim card for you.

@XRaySpeX they can't activate it online without their old phone.
