Got new sim

Hello.

I just received new sim from EE but I already bought a new sim from EE which I made on my contract as well. They told me when you get new sim just put it in the phone and call us and tell us that you want to put the old sim continue which is on your contract as well. 
Now nobody is picking up any call.

What do I do now?

What do you mean by "new SIM which I made on my contract"?

If you've ordered a new phone as an upgrade, then you simply use your existing SIM in your new phone if it fits.

If you've ordered a new phone as a new connection, then it comes with a new SIM for the new number.

What was the reason for ordering a new SIM?
