My number is 2 years old or so. Just got my s23 ultra and all was working fine until I try adding an esim to it.
Once I did this I have no connection at all to either sim not esim. And I cannot call 150. I cant do anything network oriented. Thankfully I'm still connected to WiFi but for a limited time.
Can someone help please.

Nope can't make any calls. Is only saying not registered on network.

Just swapped over to an esim. To which I couldn't activate as my physical sim went out of commission nearly immediately after I downloaded it.
I was on the phone with Cs earlier today and the tech guy I spoke to had said it still needed activating, to which he waved over a supervisor who apparently had to approve pushing forward the activation. According to him the esim should have been activated after the call but it still is not.
Can someone check on this for me please as I have no way to contact customer service as I did this from the store. Now I have no way to contact them.
