I ordered iphone 13 pro with business plan , I received an esim and followed the instructions to activate the esim. I am getting the signals but its still showing 4g signals in the 5g area and when I call , the other party see no caller ID, I am not able to view my plan details on MyEE , I think my esim is still not activated according to the plan , can someone please guide

@waqasraza7 Have you ported a number across from a different network at all ? Have you restarted the device since you activated the eSim ? Have you turned on 5G on the device within settings>mobile data>Mobile data options>Voice and data.

This is a new Mobile and sim request which I ordered from Colleagues Product portal.
Yes I restarted the phone several times and changed the settings to both 5G On and 5G Auto but still not working. I called the EE customer care the lady said , you need to get a physical sim to activate the Esim
is that the process to activate the E-sim and get my business plan activated?

If you are receiving a signal and are able to make calls, your eSIM is activated.
If after restarting your phone you're still seeing the same issue, please get back in touch with Customer Care.
