Hi @nkondrash

Did you activate international roaming before you went abroad? You may need to check you have the correct roaming area activated for the country you are in (either EU only, or Full world).
When did you go abroad and did you have service while abroad at any point?

Does your phone show signal? If so it may be that your services are only restricted. This could be due to a spend cap, or if you have any bills that may be outstanding.
You can check these in your online account

If you're still facing difficulty, please contact Customer Service using an alternative phone, at the number found on our Contact us from abroad | EE page

Hello @nkondrash ,

Welcome to the community,

You cannot get reconnected whilst abroad, you have to be in this country. I would suggest getting a local SIM card. How long are you abroad for?

To contact EE customer service dial 150 from your mobile phone or ring customer service for free using web based app or another phone: +44 800 079 8586 or +44 800 956 6000.
