I lost my SIM CARD, i called them from another country, they told me will order a new one for me,because I PAYD, THEY TOLD ME TO TOP UP 5£,  in 3 days is going to be delivered to the address, now i'm back in UK, and the sim card did'n arrive, I HAVE 7 DAYS ALREADY  back home, no sim card delivered, I told to the contractors i m not available 4 days, now i m starting to lose contact with my business. Maybe the best way to hear me is to go trough law, why do you treat your customers like that,  you poor people.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Sims are sent via royal mail. Depends on when they deliver. 

You can pick a sim up from any EE store.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.

@Beniamin01    You do that go through law.  in the meantime have you spoken with customer services ?  Have you been to an EE store to request a replacement sim ?

Yes i spoke with ee customer service, AND THE CALL RECORD IS IN YOUR SISTEM,  yes i PAID FOR IT!! WHY TO GO TO EE STORE IF I PAYD FOR DELIVERY AND ALL SERVICE?!!???!!!!

If i wouldn't pay for it and if i could be in country i could go to store, but because i was not in country i called customer service and i paid for a new and delivery one, that means CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THE GUY WHO   talked with me is useless incompetent and should not be there !!! pretty simple.

As a fact now is SUNDAY, not even now, i didn't recieve  it, i suppose i m a disabled person and i can t walk to the market, maybe that's why.

I didn't had an account until I posted here, yes it's a business, no second order offered, not even a confirmation email or something to let me know  any status or any update.
