EE PAYG sim replacement

Hi all,

I have a EE PAYG old sim, and i want a new replacement.

I am now at overseas, so i have to ask EE to send the replacement sim to my friends home.

and asked him to activate the sim for me in UK.

but then when he sent it to me, the sim got lost in post.

what can i do?

The SIM has been lost, so you should report it so via the "lost & stolen" process - contact CS.

They should reissue a replacement SIM sent to your UK address, your friend can activate it in the UK and then post it to you again.
