E-sim not activated

got sim barcode from my EE app
Esim not activated.  
phone number is 00000000000.

@Umbrokhan   Just to check you are a contract customer?  eSims are not available to PAYG users.   If on contract you do have a working Sim in the device already? 

 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

I have contract SIM card just want to replace with Esim. 
I have SIM card in phone but Esim not activating.

What happens when you try to activate your eSIM?

says E-sim trying to activate but does nothing.

I am having the issue I’ve activated my e sim with you guys last night and it’s still not working also my new apple  Watch is saying no plan connected. I can’t call in to discuss

I'm sorry you are having trouble with your eSIM and watch. I appreciate you won't be able to call in off the device, but do you have another phone you could use? 

We'd really need our technical team who have account access to have a look into this. You can call them on 07953 966 150 from a non EE number.
