Disconnected due to O2 used the PAC code, despite me cancelling the contract

Hi,

i have been an EE customer for last 4 years, I was offered a better deal on sim only by o2 and you couldn’t match it( EU roaming included as travel for work)

so I decided to move, i got the o2 sim but cancelled it straight away as had no network at my home and o2 couldn’t resolve. I told them I won’t be porting anymore so pls cancel port request. Unfortunately they processed it even though I cancelled the contract and line was closed. So my number got lost and we closed my account. After a lot of back and forth o2 reopens the account to complete the port and now I can close it and got PAC code from o2. I want to go back to the deal I have been. How can I resolve this. I spoke to agent yesterday and he said put all notes in and someone will contact within 24hrs. No one has yet. Can you please help
