Delay in porting

Please help.  There is a delay in porting my number from 02 to EE.  Have spoken to several customer advisers and each tells me something different .

Told Monday it would be immediate when new sim  inserted by 3 different people   promised it would be by 7 am today Thursday.  Now told could be Tuesday   We are elderly, disabled and my Husband is ill   It is causing us such stress   I was told this morning one story and later today another.  They Have had the PAC since Monday as it was done when on the phone to customer service.  No one will say why it is taking so long.  One person said they were doing them manually but another advisor said they knew nothing about that.

Please anyone in EE can you help me.  It is vital we have his number.

I'm sorry to hear that there's a problem with your port. I'm sure the team are working hard to get it transferred as soon as possible.

Do you have a working temporary number in the mean time?
