Hi, If there's a Mobile number that currently appears not allocated to anyone and is listed as an EE number, how could I get this registered to me or purchase this please ?

EE offer Silver Gold Gold Plus & Platinum numbers which are chargeable if would like to discuss a specific number you will need to call customer services on 150.

What's your basis for saying the number appears to not be allocated?
Orange used to offer a chargeable "Premium number" service which did what you're wanting, but I don't believe EE have ever had anything similar.
