Changing EE sim over and ordering new one

I can’t see anywhere on my EE to order a new electronic sim - I have a new iPhone and it won’t transfer over. I also live in Dubai which is maybe why it’s not working however I always keep my UK number as my WhatsApp. 

plesse can someone help 🙂

@Abbitaylorxo  You can not swap over to the eSim when outside the UK. 
But if your previous phone was an iPhone and you use the same eSim on it you should’ve been given the option to set up a transfer of eSIM from one phone to your new phone when you set this up.    You just need Bluetooth enabled on both devices.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
