HI I've just ordered a new SIM only deal [transfer from Sky] but I have selected the wrong one - I needed the 25GB/month not the unlimited
I phoned up & was advised to text return to 150 but this message fails to send, please can someone help?

Hi @katiegarrod78,
Sending messages to 150 is only available from EE SIMs. I would advise waiting for the SIM to arrive and then attempting the method that the guide over the phone suggested.
If you are still having issues getting your SIM returned, contact 150 via call from your EE SIM and provide your details and the situation. I am sure one of the guides in the contact centre will be able to help.
