Cancel PayM & tranfer number

I've 2 sims, 1 monthly and the other contract. The monthly I bought by accident because it was still in my basket, and I realised after paying. I've called 150 multiple times to cancel the monthly, and possibly transfer my number to my other sim, but there's no option for it despite selecting 1 or 2 when I call.

Welcome to the community. 

When calling 150 please select the following

Option 2 > Option 1 > Option 1 > Option 4 > Option 4.
