Can you extend a PAC? I would like to use my old number but the PAC has expired on that one so i am unable to request the transfer.
No chat system on EE and as I'm now out of the UK, the phone I got a pay as you go sim on won't let me ring EE's 150 number.

No, you need to apply for another PAC once the original PAC has expired.
