Hi,
My phone number has been ported yesterday and now I can't receive any phone calls.
Trying to sort this by calling 150 but no luck as this shows that automating everything and relying on "Computer says no" does not really work.
It is an iPhone8 and I have reset the network setting multiple times.

They can see my number. When they are trying to call me is invalid number. Have this issue since Dec 2023 when my previous contract finished and have a new one. I have repeatedly talking with your " new service" but not a chance to solve it. It is frustrating because I am paying a monthly contract and cannot receive any calls through your EE network. Have to receive phone calls through other apps and channels.
Please advise because it's been 3 months and losing my patience.
