Can’t make calls at all

Hi I received my new SIM card today but can’t make any calls I can’t even ring 150

What was the reason for the new SIM?

Transfered back to ee I also have a sim for my iPad now

It can take up to 24 hours for your new SIM to activate. Is it working this morning?

No still can’t call out or recive calls

I have tried to activate my sim and it says ring 150 but I can’t as there is no signal

Hi @AndyWalker15,

It should be pre-activated if it's a brand new SIM, rather than a replacement.

How did you order it?
