Hey , I recently got a new upgrade but I got sand on it so won't charge , I put SIM into older phone I had from EE , had problems saying "no sim" when there was one in there , ordered a new SIM , have put it on but it says emergency calls only ! I thought maybe I need to activate so went online but I can't receive a text with passcode due to no mobile data , I can't call EE as no mobile data , I checked and it's showing there is a SIM (wasn't before on old SIM , but it says temporarily unavailable. Help !! This is doing my head in . I'm a middle aged woman , kids left so I live on my own , I just want my phone to work ! 😞

How did you order your new SIM?
