Can’t activate esim on iPhone 13

I have recently downloaded my esim and added the data plan to my phone. However I have no network still and cannot activate the esim to get network as it requires entering a pin I receive via text.
As I have no signal, I am not getting the text and therefore I am stuck unable to call EE for support and unable to activate the sim myself. 

I am in another country without EE stores. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

I have tried contacting EE via live chat but the messaging button does not appear even during open hours.

@MustiR  you cannot change from a physical Sim card to an eSIM outside the UK you have to be connected to the EE network directly.  Nothing now can be done until you come back to the UK. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
