Broken SIM card while abroad

Hi, My sim card has been damadged while being abroad, 

 

I have no access to my number, can EE sent a replacement simcard to my home adress or can I use eSim - mind you my number is not working so I cannot get any codes or confirmation unless on diffrent number

@Natkub  You’ll need to call customer services to request a replacement SIM card, this will be posted to your billing address.  If you then want this posted to you who ever does that will need to activate the SIM card before they post it to you.  You can not set up the eSim while out of the UK even if you had a working SIM card.
