Hi, my old phone touch screen broken. I am still on contract so asked for a replacement SIM card I could use in an old phone until the other one gets fixed. We know this. Anyways sim arrives today but to activate it. It wants to send a code to the old phone. I can’t call cos phone won’t work Help! Did we do away with the chat online?

@Kaka81 live chat is available via the EE app under help. Silly question but doesn’t your original SIM fit in your other device ?
