I can’t activate my sons sim, following instructions but not getting text with code to set it up ☹️

I have the same issue, I lost the original SIM, so never activated that one and requested a replacement SIM which will not activate.

The messaging help on the app never seems to work at all. 

Any help would be great, thanks

To activate the replacement SIM please call us on 07953 966 150 from another phone and our mobile guides will get this sorted for you.
