Activate ee sim

I have changed from giffgaff to ee and upgraded. Backed up and transferred data. Entered pac put in ee SIM card, added credit but still my no has not transferred and I have no data . What else do I need to go? It’s been 6 days now and extremely frustrating

When you first insert your EE SIM, the PAC is treated as submitted and your number should port-in the following working day.

If it's been longer than that, you should contact EE CS who have access to your individual account and can advise further.
