2 SIM cards

I ordered 2 SIM cards by mistake , after I received it was 11 +PM and customer service was off , I email them . I received email to cancel 1 SIM card , I didn't know which of them was my old number and didn't do it . I went to the EE store , where the EE staff find out my old number and showed in app second number was cancelled . after few days I received my first bill just for 1 card number  15 £ I thought if I paid just for 1 number this mean second SIM was cancelled .  after 1 month and 7 days I received 3 times more bill . my discount (6 months) was cancelled for 1 number and charged 29£ second number has been added with 15£ and 0.48£ for third number . I don't know from where comes 3 SIM number 😞 now I can't cancel extra numbers
