Hi, 

I hav e14Gb data roaming and  im currently in cyprus, and when i go over the boarder to the north, i will be classed as in turkey, and connected to turkish phone masts.

Does my contract include roaming in turkey?

You'll have to ask utility warehouse, they're yiour supplier not EE

@Taffydai  Depends on what roaming cover you’ve got if its just for the EU the you’ll not be covered as Turkey isn’t in the EU.
