Upgrade issue,

Hi, I just upgraded to a sim-only plan which was advertised as 50gb data and included EU roaming, however when I got the contract email it doesn't mention the EU roaming inclusion and mentions roaming charges.

Has anyone else had this? I am worried I have just lost my roaming allowance

Thanks @Re31.

Only our Essentials Plus, All Rounder or Full Works plans would include EU roaming in them.

If the new plan has started, you can text Roaming to 150 or head to our roaming calculator in the EE app to see what you plan would cover.

Hi @Re31

Thanks for coming to the community.

What was the name of the plan you took? While I can't see the account, I can check what would be included in the plan.

Michael
