I’m abroad, and the link for signing up for zone 1 roaming doesn’t work. I’m so annoyed, now I’m cut off from the world. Get your act together ee, this is not good enough

Did you receive the 'welcome' message after you arrived? If you have a spend cap on your account, you may need to change or remove it in order to add a roaming add-on.

@Tanniebee  Did you activate roaming on your account before you left the UK ?  This is done by texting ROAMING to 150.  No billing add on enables roaming they’re just add-ons to keep costs down 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
