What’s changing?
How can I see the new prices?
What if I don’t buy a pass when I’ve landed outside of the Europe zone?
I received a text about my roaming products being removed, which products are no longer being sold?
What happens when my product is removed?
Inclusive Extras:
How will this affect my travel in Europe?

Agreed, but there's the potential that it has been raised internally and senior leadership are dragging their heels in releasing a public-facing statement on how our plans will be impacted.
Obviously if that is the case, the support teams simply can't comment until they get the info. They can't really come out and say "They won't give us an answer yet" as that may not work out too well for their employment status.

The Roaming Pass ROW is the only roaming extra I can select, there's no other roaming ones. I asked EE livechat what the "eligible countries" were and they said it was all Zone 1 countries, and confirmed it also includes EU. Last week EE also removed the text from their roaming refresh page that said there'd be two extras one EU one Zone 1.
This makes me hope livechat is correct and this thread and the T&C's are wrong. Although the EE app, website, and 150 tells me I have no free roaming anywhere after selecting this extra (tried Spain, USA, UAE). But drzia on this thread has tried it in the UAE and it worked, so hopefully that's wrong.
Really hope EE will confirm what's happening officially soon, this has been a really messy launch.

There appears to be no way of buying a “new” data package when in the USA. The website and app says to buy a data package, but provides no way of doing so. A phone enquiry to 150 (after talking to three persons for an hour), can provide no way to buy a data package. How does one purchase a 5 days data package in the USA?

Assuming you didn’t get a text on arrival?
If you’ve got data roaming switched on, try accessing: add-on.ee.co.uk (see top of screenshot below)
Hopefully that’ll load the page you need to buy an add-on for your trip and as it’ll recognise you’re connecting from network in the States, should show you the relevant options.

Welcome to the community.
Did you get a 'welcome' text message when you landed in the USA? Are you able to buy the add-on through the add-on status page?

I had a similar issue when in the US recently. The add-on page didn't work at all. I eventually worked out it could only be reached by clicking on the link in the system notification I had...
The add-on page then appeared to allow me to buy a pass.
This is not how it's meant to work though, and was reported to EE.
So if you have the welcome text but can't reach the add-on page, do you get this notification?

That did not work, and the EE help desk could not get it to work. How do I buy a 5 day data pass whilst I am in the USA?

You need to stop posting your phone number in your posts, this is a public forum.
So what is happening? Did you receive the welcome text on arrival? Are you connected to a US network? Is wifi off when you try and access the add-on page? Has roaming ever worked before for you?
