What’s changing?
How can I see the new prices?
What if I don’t buy a pass when I’ve landed outside of the Europe zone?
I received a text about my roaming products being removed, which products are no longer being sold?
What happens when my product is removed?
Inclusive Extras:
How will this affect my travel in Europe?

This is all so confusing! Really hope there will be more clarification on this soon!

Does anyone know how the £15 7 day pass will work, is it midnight to midnight?

Hi @Dode_
Roaming Passes currently run from midnight to midnight UK time. Once available all information will be in the terms and conditions.

Thanks for that Linzi. Will need to wait and see how it works then. If midnight to midnight and since most 7 night holidays actually span 8 days that would mean £15 +£2.47=£17.47. Still cheaper than 8 Days at £2.47 = £19.76 but by less than the price of an airport coffee.

So I have a new add on on my account as of today.
It's Called Full Roaming. Anyone know if this is the start of getting Row1 on full works plans?

Same here… thought it was just my account getting fully set up.

Think it's just the enabler for Roaming globally and making international calls while Roaming, not a billing addon.
Description states "Enables the full Roaming and IDD experience".

Never seen that on any ee plan I've had. Can't see why it would suddenly appear

I've heard it referred to as "turning on Full Roaming" by EE Staff before in relation to enabling roaming on my account. Purely a Roaming capability setting but you are correct that it has never appeared externally as an addon.
I would guess the visibility has just been changed on it, potentially to avoid the situations we see all too often where someone goes abroad but doesn't enable Roaming on their account. Might be a final step after they migrated everyone to the new billing system for mobile roaming (think it was referred to as OCS).
Now it should just be a matter of checking "do you have Full Roaming as an addon?"
Probably also makes it easier for CS too, as they can often think that the Billing is the only consideration before travelling and then the customer still can't connect.

I have been using the existing roaming in USA without any problems. You bought before you went and all was hunky dory. Now you pay when you arrive as I did this time and it has been a nightmare. Plus roaming was £40 for 30days it is now £100+ for 30 days a 150% increase! Well done nice price gouging
