What’s changing?
How can I see the new prices?
What if I don’t buy a pass when I’ve landed outside of the Europe zone?
I received a text about my roaming products being removed, which products are no longer being sold?
What happens when my product is removed?

How will this affect my travel in Europe?

The fact you can access other websites but not the add on page makes me think you must be doing it whilst on WiFi. Disconnect so your phone is on 4G / 5G then try to access the add on page shown above.

So we used to get 1 month for £25
Now we get 7 Days for £15
I am away for 20 days like a lot of our Eastern European workers. =£48.70 for pay as you go £2.47 a day. Or if I want the faff / hassle I can do 7 days 3 times at £45.
I am going to do what everyone else is going to do……
Sim in the bin 1 PAYG card from an Eastern European country for all the data, texts and calls I want for €10
Then when I come back look for another provider that not trying to rip me off for an uplift of 100%.
So instead of an extra £25 you’ll be getting maybe £10 out of me and the loss of my contract in 2025. Well done!
And don’t get me wrong I can afford it is the principal.
Best regards
A Soon to be Ex EE Customer.

I'm sorry, but I'm not abroad and I don't have a sim card, why do I see this?

I am a little confused. Last year I went to Australia for 2 months and it cost me £25 per month to use all my UK allowances.
When I go back next year it seems it will cost me £25 every 7 days to do the same.
How is this better and something for EE to be boasting about.

Best thing to do surely would be to upgrade your price plan to something that includes ROW1 roaming on it - and then go back to your old plan when you come back? Surely that would be more cost effective?
