Hello, I'm using the Pay As you go, and I'm travelling in Europe. I've purchased the £2.5 like at home for one day. But I'm unable to make calls and send text even to 150 as well. Data is working fine, through. I've also tried to call EECS which is free call but since I can't make calls, that didn't work either.

Could you assist with this?

@NGJG if data is working, then you obviously have a working connection. Have you tried just restarting the device ? also a  manual network search also to see if you can connect to a different network.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

I've tried to restart several times but still have same issue. Is there any way to fix it?

thanks

What was the result of connecting to alternative local networks?

Use your phone's network selection menu to do a manual search and cycle through each available operator in turn. See if the symptoms are the same.

I manually tried connecting to different networks, but none of them are picking up a signal. I’m still having the same issue.

Hi @NGJG

Are you in an area that has good coverage? Did you use the SIM card in the UK to make a call or send a message before travelling?

Chris

Yes, i've been using it for 3years without any issues..
