I've been trying to make it work with no joy. EE say they have roaming in Somalia but they actually do not. When I asked them what network they just said try any (clueless)
My roaming worked in Kenya, Turkey, Egypt so it is not an issue of it being active.
I even tried to select the networks manually and none of them worked.
Unfortunately EE does not work in Somalia from my experience. I've been there twice and it has never worked.
